I am a veteran when it comes to wearing multiple hats, and believe in going the extra mile, always.

For over 15 years, I have built my forte in client services, customer support, operations, and sales and marketing. Always eager to expand and grow, I have recently acquired certifications in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, and am currently pursuing a BA in Liberal Studies via Queen's University continuing and distance education program.

A natural leader, my true strengths lie in my superlative communication and relationship-building skills, multi-tasking abilities, critical-thinking prowess, and the conscientiousness that I bring to each task and objective.
WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU
I am a rockstar (not literally, of course!) - but I am so passionate and commited in my work that I personify myself as one (askin to how a rockstar gets on that stage, no holds barred, ablaze with confidence). Seeing as I possess a "can do" attitude, I will tell you what I cannot do: let you down, fail to go above and beyond, be a weak team player, be independable, disorganized, or unable to make decisions.
